The Citypoint Project, located in 1 Ropemaker Street, London project involved an extensive 43,000 sq. ft cut and carve CAT B fit-out across several floors for a client in the global recruitment sector, completed over a 18-week duration.
The electrical installation progressed from design Stages 3, 4 & 5 to a complete CAT B fit-out, prioritising a fully functional, safe, and efficient electrical infrastructure customised to meet the tenant’s specific requirements. This fit-out maximised the use of space by delivering dependable power distribution, lighting controls, and lighting systems, all designed and installed in full compliance with current BS standards and IET regulations.
