The BMO Project, located at Cassini House, St James’s Street, London, comprised a 50,000 sq ft CAT A fit-out across all floors of the building.

The project involved a complete refurbishment of the main entrance, tenant amenities, and CAT A office accommodation. Works were delivered in carefully planned phases over a 50-week programme to accommodate an existing tenant in occupation, alongside the delivery of associated CAT B works within the building.

Upon completion, the development achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating, meeting the sustainability objectives established for the project.
