The Raymond James project, located in St. James Square, London, involved the successful completion of a 17,500 sq. ft CAT B fit-out within the finance sector. Over an 18-week period, E-tech Southern executed a full electrical installation for the prestigious investment firm.

This included the installation of distribution boards, small power systems, lighting fixtures, and advanced lighting control solutions. Additionally, mechanical power supplies were integrated seamlessly into the design. The project’s electrical infrastructure was carefully planned and executed to meet the high standards and demands of a modern financial office, ensuring a functional, efficient, and high-performance workspace.
