The Heidrick & Struggles project, located in St. James Square, London, covering 27,697 sq. ft across two floors, involved a CAT B fit-out completed over a 24-week period for clients across various sectors.

E-tech Southern successfully delivered a comprehensive internal electrical fit-out on both the ground and first floors. This included the supply and installation of distribution boards, small power systems, and energy-efficient lighting with advanced lighting controls.  The project also featured the integration of data infrastructure, UPS (uninterruptible power supply) systems, and mechanical power supplies.

The electrical installations were carefully coordinated to ensure smooth functionality, creating a modern and high-performance workspace for multiple tenants.
