Kew Gardens 15,000 sq. ft CAT A and B fit-out 59 weeks
The Kew Gardens project involved a comprehensive CAT A and B fit-out of a 15,000 sq. ft family restaurant in Richmond, completed over 59 weeks in the hospitality sector.
Etech executed the full electrical installation, which included designing and building the electrical infrastructure from the ground up. Key components of the installation featured new mains infrastructure, modern lighting controls, and energy-efficient lighting throughout the dining and kitchen areas. Additionally, small power systems were installed to support the restaurant’s operational needs.
The project achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency, creating an inviting and eco-friendly dining environment for guests.
