The Arax Mainframe project, located in Euston, London project involved a full 109,000 sq. ft shell and core to CAT A fit-out, completed over 60 weeks for a landlord client.

The electrical installation spanned all floors of the building, including the installation of new rising busbars and advanced Simmtronic lighting control systems. Additionally, small power systems and modern lighting control solutions were integrated throughout the space. To enhance energy efficiency and provide high-quality illumination, Linear LED lights were installed across the entire building.

The electrical works were meticulously coordinated to ensure the building met the required standards for future tenants, creating a flexible and functional workspace.
