The Cohen & Steers project, located in New Bond Street, London involved a 6,800 sq. ft CAT B fit-out for a client in the real estate sector, completed over a 12-week period.

The electrical installation included the integration of power distribution systems, high-efficiency lighting, and custom lighting controls to create a modern and functional office environment.  Advanced electrical infrastructure was installed to support the client’s operational needs, along with carefully selected fixtures to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the space.

The project was delivered on time, ensuring a seamless and fully operational workspace for the client’s real estate activities.
