Robert oversees the running of the company and all projects throughout Etech Southern. He brings over 20 years’ experience to the business within the construction industry.
He has a wealth of experience with working in all sectors. Robert is a goal-oriented individual with strong leadership qualities who manages his staff to the highest possible standard.

I am an organised, motivated, and experienced individual with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. With 22 years of experience in this field, I have been an integral part of the business since its inception. I am goal-oriented and possess strong leadership qualities, which has provided me with the opportunity to oversee the day-to-day running of the business for several years, transitioning from Operations Director to Managing Director.
I have been the driving force in pushing the company forward, surpassing expectations, and contributing to its growth, whilst my leadership skills have helped motivate the team to achieve the business’s targets and goals, proving that I am proficient in managing, assessing, and completing tasks to the highest standard.

A highly motivated and multi-skilled time-served individual. Having been in the Electrical contracting industry for the last 19 years and in the position of Senior Project Manager for the last 10 years, but in recent times has become the Operations Director for the business. Throughout the time with the company multi-disciplined projects have been successfully run, with project values ranging from £1k to £1.5 million. These projects have been within the commercial and industrial sectors. Projects have generally been on a design-and-build basis.
A very well organised individual with exquisite client/customer interaction skills, who has an attention to detail and problem-solving skills that are second to none, always remaining professional, working only to the highest standard, not only onsite but also within the office environment which aids the projects being handed over on time and to budget

As the Director of Pre-Construction, I come with over 20 years of expertise in electrical design, project planning, and cost management. Specialising in pre-construction services, I am responsible for overseeing the conceptualisation, budgeting, and early-stage development of large-scale electrical projects. With a strong focus on efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction, I ensure that each project is meticulously planned to meet technical, financial & design goals.
My leadership in coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors has consistently led to the successful delivery of projects across a range of industries. I’m known for a strategic approach, attention to detail, and commitment to driving excellence from the initial stages through project execution.
In my role, I play a critical part in shaping the electrical infrastructure that supports the company’s growth and vision.
