The Argentex project, located in Oxford Circus, London, situated in the heart of the finance sector, involved a CAT A and CAT B fit-out across two floors, each covering 24,000 sq. ft, completed over two separate projects.

With a tight timeline of 12 weeks per floor, the electrical installation included the deployment of advanced power distribution systems, energy-efficient lighting, and modern control systems. Both floors were equipped with small power and lighting solutions to meet the needs of a dynamic office environment.

The electrical work was completed with precision, ensuring seamless integration between the two floors and delivering a high-performance, functional workspace tailored for financial professionals.
