The Charles Stanley Group project, involved a CAT B fit-out across four floors, covering a total area of 54,000 sq. ft in Moorgate, within the financial sector. The project was completed in two phases, each lasting 18 weeks, and included significant modifications to the existing office space.

The electrical installation played a key role in transforming the workspace. This involved upgrading power distribution systems, installing energy-efficient lighting, and integrating advanced technology for seamless connectivity. High-spec lighting designs were implemented to enhance both aesthetics and functionality, while additional electrical infrastructure was installed to support modern office equipment.

The team ensured precise coordination with other trades to meet strict deadlines, delivering a state-of-the-art office environment to suit the needs of a fast-paced financial services company.
